ENROLLED NURSE

Positions 2.

Duties/ Responsibilities.

• Providing quality nursing services in the facility and the community
• Administering treatment as prescribed
• Carrying out standard nursing procedures while adhering to ethical code of conduct 
• Carrying out procedures, keeping records and ensuring their safe custody
• Participating in patient review rounds.
• Receiving, triaging and registering patients
• Carrying out health education at the facility and in the community.

Key outputs

• Quality nursing services
• Infection prevention and control measures implemented
• Accountability for available equipment, supplies and drugs provided.

Requirements.

• Must have an ENROLLED nursing or Comprehensive nursing certificate
• Must be enrolled with Uganda nurses and midwives’ council a d with a valid practicing license
• 2 yrs of working experience in a multidisciplinary health care setting.
