Francis is a Biomedical Scientist and Head of Clinical Laboratories at Medicus Health Care. He is also a Microbiology Lead at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine/ Mbarara University of Science and Technology Eye Care Project where he is playing a critical role establishing the Microbiology research Laboratory.
